Ticket Instructions

  • PRIMARY CONTACT: List which teacher or administrator we should get in touch with about your order. If you’re a parent, let us know it’s a home number.
  • SHOW CHOICE: List performances by show codes (see schedule: M01, A35, etc.) We recommend including alternate choices in case your first choice is not available.
  • TEACHER(S): If more than once class is attending, we will mail your invoice/materials to the Primary Contact – but please list all teachers and grade levels attending so we have a better idea who we’re serving. If you’re splitting up and seeing different shows, list at least one teacher per show whose name should appear on ticket vouchers and house lists.
  • SUBSIDIZED TICKETS: Please order for the number of students on free/reduced lunch. If you only know the schoolwide percentage, you may apply that figure to the total number of students in your order. Subsidized rate not available for teachers or adult chaperones.
  • TOTAL TICKETS: Include total students, teachers, and chaperones – everyone attending the performance must be counted so we have an accurate seat total.
  • INVOICING: If the Primary Contact can arrange payment for all classes and will copy and distribute written materials to teachers, choose to be invoiced together by checking “YES.” If each teacher wants to make separate payment and receive separately mailed materials, check “NO” – but note that separate invoices each incur a $5 handling fee.
  • SPECIAL REQUESTS: List wheelchairs or other special needs, additional show choices, or information such as “All classes must attend Wednesday.”
  • HOMESCHOOLERS: Homeschoolers of all ages, from preschool to high school, are welcome to attend Giant Magnet! Educator programs are open to homeschool educators too! Buy a minimum of eighteen tickets for the rates on this website; tickets need not all be to the same performance.
